NHN Cloud announced on the 13th that it successfully held the seminar 'Surviving in the Data Age with CRM' in collaboration with Fast Five's IT division, Five Cloud.
CRM, short for Customer Relationship Management, is a technology used to manage all company relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.
During the seminar, participants shared customer cases that integrated NHN Cloud's messaging solution, NHN Notification, with CRM tools. They also introduced a new service, Notification Hub.
Notification Hub is an integrated platform that allows users to operate and manage all messaging services provided by NHN Notification in one place. By integrating application programming interfaces (APIs) for each messaging channel and managing all messages in one place, it can reduce manpower and time.
Kim Dong-hoon, CEO of NHN Cloud, noted, 'As customer relationship management capabilities in the B2C (business-to-consumer) market emerge as a measure of corporate growth, this seminar drew the attention of numerous marketers and developers from various corporations.'
He further stated, 'From a marketing perspective, I hope the introduction of the developed Notification Hub will serve as an opportunity for many corporations to manage their relationships with customers more efficiently.'
