Actor Brad Pitt (61) has purchased a dwelling for $12 million (about 1.67 billion won) in Los Angeles, California, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on the 5th (local time).
According to the report, Pitt bought the house from Dave Keuning, guitarist of the famous American rock band "The Killers."
Built in 1989, the dwelling is located in the "Outpost Estate" complex in Hollywood Hills, one of LA's residential areas.
Previously, Pitt had purchased multiple dwellings in LA and nearby areas. He sold his old dwelling in the Los Feliz area of LA for $33 million (about 4.58 billion won) in 2023.
This dwelling was where Pitt lived with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie and their six children. It is said that after purchasing his first house, he bought over 20 more dwellings in the area to create a large estate.
He also bought a mid-century style dwelling in the Los Feliz area for $5.5 million (about 760 million won) in the year he sold this house.
In 2022, Pitt had previously purchased a dwelling in the Carmel Highlands complex for $40 million (about 5.56 billion won).
Pitt recently starred in the racing film "F1: The Movie," which is continuing to perform well at the box office.
