Hollywood actress Kristen Stewart (35) has married her same-sex partner whom she has been dating for about six years, according to reports from U.S. entertainment media TMZ and People on the 21st (local time).
TMZ reported, citing friends close to Stewart, that Stewart and her fiancé Dylan Meyer (37) held their wedding the day before at their home in Los Angeles (LA). They are said to have also received a marriage certificate in LA County on the 15th. Stewart's representatives have yet to provide an official statement.
Stewart has been in a relationship with Meyer since 2019 and announced their engagement in 2021. In an interview with Rolling Stone last year, Stewart mentioned discussing having children with Meyer. The same year, she also mentioned having frozen her eggs on another podcast.
Stewart gained popularity as the lead character in the 2008 film series 'Twilight.' She dated her co-star in Twilight, Robert Pattinson, and was involved in a cheating scandal with director Rupert Sanders. Since then, Stewart has publicly embraced her relationships with women and continued to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. Last year, she starred in the LGBTQ+ film 'Love Lies Bleeding.'
