During a meeting on the 25th (local time) with U.S. ambassador nominees from various countries, Trump responded to a question about whether the Russian Kremlin attached conditions for sanctions relief to a partial cease-fire agreement with the U.S. by saying, "I will look into everything."

He added, "There are about 5 to 6 conditions that I will look into."

Earlier, the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia agreed to suspend the use of force in the Black Sea through high-level talks held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from the 23rd (local time) for three days.

On the 25th, the Kremlin emphasized in a statement detailing the agreement that the "agreements regarding safe passage in the Black Sea" will only be possible after the financial sanctions on Russia's agricultural and fertilizer exports are lifted and the consolidation with the international payment system (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT)) is restored.
