On the 24th (local time), the RIA Novosti news agency reported that the talks held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, concluded after more than 12 hours.

The talks started around 10 a.m., included three breaks in between, and ended around 10:30 p.m. This marks the longest dialogue held between Russia and the United States this year.

The TASS news agency, citing sources, reported that a joint statement regarding the results of the talks will be announced on the 25th through the Kremlin and the White House.

After the talks, the Russian delegation left without making further comments to reporters on site. However, RIA Novosti cited a source stating that the discussions took place in a "positive atmosphere."

This meeting is for detailed discussions on the "partial ceasefire" proposal, which includes a mutual agreement by Russia and Ukraine to suspend attacks on energy facilities for 30 days.
