U.S. President Donald Trump had a currency with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the 19th (local time). He also explained about the negotiations to end the Ukraine war discussed in a currency with Russian President Vladimir Putin the day before.

President Trump noted on the social media platform Truth Social that he just had a very good currency with President Zelensky, saying, "The currency lasted about an hour."

He added, "Most of the discussion was based on the currency with President Putin yesterday (18th) to coordinate the requests and demands of Russia and Ukraine."

President Trump emphasized, "We are making very smooth progress."

He also said, "I instructed Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz to provide an accurate explanation of the matters discussed," adding, "The statement will be announced soon."

Earlier, President Zelensky stated at a joint press conference following talks with Finnish President Alexander Stubb in Helsinki that a currency with President Trump was scheduled.

Zelensky, who expressed support for a temporary ceasefire in the energy infrastructure sector agreed upon in a currency between President Trump and President Putin the day before, demanded that the U.S. oversee the implementation of the agreement by Russia.
