In the video, one user shows tissue found in a public restroom, claiming, "The small stain visible here was made by a drug user cleaning a dirty needle."
The user also warned, "If you are struggling with addiction, you need to understand that it poses a risk to others using the public restroom." The photo posted by this user showed the tissue was pitted in multiple areas and had green or brown stains. The outlet advised, "It is safer not to use tissue that has depressions or green stains."
They added, "As warned on SNS, the small marks on the tissue may be bloodstains from dirty needles used to inject illegal substances," emphasizing that "using this could risk exposure to viral diseases."
