The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 20th that the official website for the '2025 APEC Leaders' Summit' has been launched ahead of the first Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) senior officials' meeting, which will take place from 24th to March 9 in Gyeongju.
The official website address is www.apec2025.kr, and it contains information from the introduction of APEC to the theme and key issues of '2025 APEC,' as well as details about the host cities including Gyeongju, Jeju, Incheon, and Busan. Additionally, it provides key information and materials regarding the senior officials' meetings and ministerial meetings taking place nationwide in connection with this year's leaders' summit. After the first senior officials' meeting, a social networking service (SNS) channel will also be opened, providing events that citizens can participate in and various information.
The planning team for the 2025 APEC Leaders' Summit noted, 'With the opening of the website, we plan to provide timely and accurate information about the 2025 APEC Leaders' Summit in preparation for a summit that engages the public.'
