The world's largest video streaming company, Netflix, noted that the release date for the popular drama "Squid Game" season 3 has been confirmed. The confirmed release date is June 27.
Netflix announced on the 30th (local time) that it will release "Squid Game" season 3 on June 27. This comes six months after the release of "Squid Game" season 2 in December of last year.

It added, "The released images hint at the next moves of the hero Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun), who hid their identity and infiltrated the game, and many other characters caught up in the terrifying competition."
Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, who created the "Squid Game" series, said, "I am very happy to see the seed planted while creating the new "Squid Game" grow and bear fruit, and I will do my best to deliver another thrilling story."
Meanwhile, Netflix reported in its quarterly earnings announcement on the 21st that season 2 would become "one of the most-watched original series seasons," citing that the view count in the fourth quarter of last year was 165.7 million.
