The Ministry of SMEs and Startups said on the 13th it will recruit candidates for commendations for the "2026 win-win cooperation promotion system merit" from the 14th through on the 13th of next month to identify meritorious contributors who helped foster win-win cooperation between large corporations, small and medium-sized corporations, and microbusiness owners and ease conflicts over business domains.
The award categories are three: ◇ spreading the performance-sharing system ◇ expanding win-win payments ◇ protecting business domains, with a total of 32 Minister of SMEs and Startups (MSS) ministerial commendations to be conferred.
In the spreading performance-sharing system category, six points will be awarded to corporations that set joint goals between commissioning and subcontracting corporations and shared outcomes through collaboration.
In the expanding win-win payments category, 20 points will be awarded to individuals and organizations that took the lead in introducing and using win-win payments or helped spread them to transaction stages up to the second tier or below. This year, win-win payments in the distribution sector will be commended separately.
In the protecting business domains category, six points will be awarded to corporations that faithfully implemented related systems such as microbusiness livelihood-appropriate industries, small and medium-sized corporations' appropriate industries, SME business adjustment, and win-win agreements, and to individuals who contributed to system maintenance and conflict mediation.
Applicants should complete category-specific application forms and statements of merit and submit them by email to the Large & Small Business and Agricultural and Fisheries Cooperation Foundation or the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) will finalize candidates after document review and deliberation by the Merits Review Committee and plans to present certificates of commendation at the "2026 Win-Win Growth Week Commemoration Ceremony" to be held in Nov.
