Kolon Spaceworks, an advanced composite materials solution company of Kolon Group, will move to enter the European defense market in partnership with Poland's defense and protective equipment specialist Lubawa (Lubawa S.A.).
Kolon Spaceworks said on the 11th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Lubawa for cooperation in defense business at the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce, Poland, on the 10th (local time).
Lubawa is a Polish defense corporations that supplies a range of specialized protection and security solutions for the military and police, such as camouflage nets and military tents, mainly to the Polish market. Under this agreement, the two companies plan to develop ways to collaborate in defense business and accelerate efforts to target the global defense market based on the European market.
Kolon Spaceworks is expanding its overseas push by leveraging defense materials and parts solutions based on composite materials technology. Building on this cooperation, it plans to strengthen its on-the-ground European defense market network and proactively seek new business opportunities.
