Trinity Airways(091810) said on the 10th that it began its first flight since the brand transition. Trinity Airways is the successor to T'way Air, which was acquired last year by Sono Hospitality Group.
The first Trinity Airways flight, TW801, departed Daegu International Airport at 6:10 a.m. that day and headed to Jeju International Airport.
The first international flight was TW237, which left Incheon International Airport at 6:55 a.m. that day for Narita International Airport in Japan.
An aircraft (HL8754) with the newly adopted Trinity Airways CI was also deployed for the first time that day on the Gimpo–Jeju route.
Starting with the flights that day, Trinity Airways welcomed passengers with flight and cabin crew and airport check-in counter staff wearing the new uniforms.
The new uniforms, unveiled on Aug. 8, combine the new CI colors, brand values, and practical functionality, embodying the meaning of Trinity Airways' brand transition.
Along with this, the brand transition at major customer touchpoints—such as the homepage, mobile application and website, and airport counters—was also successfully completed.
A Trinity Airways official said, "The first aircraft operation applying the new CI is a meaningful start that signals Trinity Airways' new leap forward together with the Sono Trinity Group."
