Audi Korea said on the 10th it will sell 100 units in Korea of the midsize-large sedan "The New Audi A6 45 TFSI quattro S line Black Edition." It adds a dynamic design and upscale features to "The New Audi A6 45 TFSI quattro," which was launched in Korea in April.
First, the exterior gets a Black Edition–exclusive package. The side mirror housings (borders), window moldings (borders), Audi rings, door handles, and exhaust tips switch to black and dark chrome. The 21-inch Audi Sport black metallic wheels and red brake calipers add a dynamic image. The exterior comes in seven colors in total, including Mythos Black Metallic.
Inside, a black headliner, carbon micro-twill inlays (trim between the dashboards), and the vanadium package emphasize a premium ambiance. A 10.9-inch passenger display and a Bang & Olufsen (B&O) 3D premium sound system are added, and various convenience features such as Comfort Seat Plus, soft-closing doors, 4-zone automatic air conditioning, and a power trunk come standard.
The New Audi A6 Black Edition delivers a maximum output of 271.9 horsepower and peak torque of 40.79 kg·m. It takes 6.2 seconds to reach 100 kph from a standstill, and the top speed is 250 kph. With Audi's quattro permanent all-wheel drive system, S sport suspension, and all-wheel steering, it provides agile yet stable driving performance. In particular, all-wheel steering reduces the turning radius at low speeds to improve maneuverability and enhances driving stability at high speeds.
The price, including VAT and a 5% special consumption tax, is 94.9 million won.
