The agricultural machinery specialist TYM Co. said on the 10th that it held the "2026 partner Q-Academy" seminar for two days from the 2nd to the 3rd at the Grand Ballroom Hall of the Western Life Hotel in Iksan, North Jeolla.
The seminar was arranged to proactively respond to the smart and digital transition of the agricultural machinery industry and to strengthen partners' core quality competitiveness. TYM Co. TQM Headquarters and the Industry Transition Joint Training Center led the event, and officials from 62 partner companies attended.
This year's seminar was held under the theme "agricultural machinery business paradigm shift." It addressed changes in future business models arising from the industry-wide smart and digital transition, cultivation of convergence-type professionals to respond to it, and measures to advance a hands-on, practice-centered quality system.
In particular, it focused on practice-centered training that partners can use directly in the field. The main sessions included: ▲ industry digital transition trends and reorganization of partner job roles ▲ response to product environmental regulations (TCMS) ▲ analysis of initial sample inspection (ISIR) failure cases ▲ how to write a recurrence prevention improvement plan ▲ training on a quality-management mindset.
