Hyundai Rotem(064350) said on the 8th that it will conduct hiring for entry-level and experienced workers in the aerospace field. This is the first time Hyundai Rotem has held a separate recruitment focused solely on the aerospace field.
The hiring that began on the 24th allows applications to be submitted on the recruitment website until the 20th. Final candidates will be selected after steps including an aptitude test and interviews.

All the openings are Hyundai Rotem's core aerospace businesses. Ducted ramjet engines and hypersonic engines for guided weapons are advancing their technologies through projects with the Agency for Defense Development (ADD) and the Korea Research Institute for defense Technology planning and advancement (KRIT).
Also, based on the country's first methane engine development experience, the company is pursuing high-performance methane engine development through a KRIT project for reusable launch vehicle methane engines. Propulsion system test facilities have likewise proven capabilities through past projects such as the Nuri launch vehicle, and the business is expanding.
Hyundai Rotem is focusing on the aerospace business to evolve into a comprehensive defense corporations spanning ground and space.
