Tire retailer Tire Bank said on the 8th that it will expand the number of stores nationwide to more than 550 by the end of this year.
As of the 7th, Tire Bank has 544 stores nationwide. It has recently opened new stores in Daejeon, Yangsan and Anseong, expanding its service hubs.
Along with store expansion, it plans to strengthen on-site guidance that helps customers understand the service process. The company will explain so that customers can fully understand the tire condition, the issues identified during inspection, and the necessary actions based on the inspection results.
A Tire Bank official said, "Because tire problems can occur in unfamiliar areas outside everyday activity zones, having hubs that can provide needed services anytime, anywhere is important," and added, "We will enhance convenience in the service process as we expand customer touchpoints."
