Hyundai Glovis(086280) will begin hiring new employees in the second half.
Hyundai Glovis said on the 3rd that it will accept applications for new hires through the 13th of this month. The recruitment areas cover all business divisions, including logistics (forwarding and industrial goods logistics), shipping (car carrier operations, project cargo vessel assignment, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier business and operations management), distribution (KD, international trade, and trading), IT, business support, and planning.
Applicants are those who have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree (by Feb. 2027), have no disqualifications for overseas travel, and hold an official English score (TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking, OPIc, etc.). For men, military service must be completed or exempted.
After the document screening, the process will proceed in the following order: artificial intelligence (AI) competency test and aptitude test (early Oct.), first-round interview (late Oct. to early Nov.), and final interview (late Nov.). If hiring is confirmed, the start date is scheduled for late December this year.
Among the hiring steps, the AI competency test is intended to comprehensively check whether the applicant has the capabilities required for the job and whether those capabilities fit the applied role. Using strategy games and video interviews, it analyzes the applicant's thinking style and problem-solving process, and based on the measured data, predicts job fit and performance capability.
Hyundai Glovis is visiting universities to hold job fairs to provide more in-depth hiring information. It held the first fair at Yonsei University on the 1st and will hold the second at Sungkyunkwan University on the 8th.
