LIG Defense&Aerospace(079550) said on the 2nd that it will conduct a large-scale open recruitment in the second half.
Document submission will be conducted on the LIG D&A recruitment website. New hires and interns can apply from the 31st of last month to the 13th, and experienced hires can apply from the 7th to the 27th.
In this open recruitment, the company will recruit talent to demonstrate capabilities in each business area, including missile systems, maritime, satellites, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity. It plans to hire in the triple digits across various roles, including hardware (HW), software (SW), and mechanical research and development (R&D), as well as domestic and overseas business management, quality control, and management support. Recruitment will proceed in the following order: document screening and competency assessment, an SW coding test (for SW roles), field interviews by area, and a leadership interview.
At LIG D&A, R&D personnel account for about 60% of all employees. As of the first half of this year, the number of employees was 5,986, up 1,251 (about 26%) from two years earlier.
