T'way Air said on the 31st that it will begin operations under Trinity Airways(091810) starting Sept. 10. It comes about four months after it received approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in May to change its license for a corporate name change.
All domestic and international flights previously operated by T'way Air will operate under the Trinity Airways brand, and the newly unveiled uniforms will be fully worn from the launch date.
Major customer touchpoints, including the website, mobile application (app), and airport check-in counters, will also change to "Trinity Airways" starting the same day. The check-in terminals and counter locations remain the same as before.
Customers who purchased tickets before the brand launch date can use them without any separate change procedures. The airline code (TW), flight numbers, operating schedules, and existing reservation and ticket conditions will all remain the same.
Trinity Airways plans to continue introducing next-generation aircraft as it transitions brands and to bolster service and route competitiveness.
By continuously introducing the A330-900NEO and B737-8 within the year, it aims to further cement its position as a leading airline with differentiated services and route competitiveness.
A T'way Air official said, "Starting Sept. 10, we plan to meet customers under a new name and brand, and we are prioritizing a stable transition so that existing reservations and flight use remain unchanged."
