Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) said on the 25th that it will hire 60 general employees in the second half of this year.
Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) hired 109 people last year, the largest number on record. This year, it plans to recruit a total of 120 people based on annual postings, including 60 in the first half and 60 in the second half.
The recruitment fields are open competitive hiring, with 12 for management planning, 19 for corporations evaluation, 3 for global, 4 for credit management and compliance support, and 2 for statistical financial engineering. To prepare for industrial restructuring driven by the spread of artificial intelligence (AI), it also plans to hire 5 for IT systems and 2 for big data and AI as specialized personnel.
Through limited competitive hiring, it will recruit three experienced professionals with credentials, including one attorney and two certified public accountants. To promote social equity, it will separately select 10 eligible applicants under the veterans employment support program.
The hiring process consists of document screening, a written test, a practical interview, and an executive interview. The written test will be held on Oct. 10 in Seoul. Final successful candidates will be announced in December, with appointments scheduled for Dec. 30.
The job posting can be found from the 26th on the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) website and the recruitment information system (Job Alio). Applications will be accepted online on the KOSME recruitment website from the 28th until 5 p.m. on the 10th of next month.
