Hyundai Motor(005380) said on the 25th that it launched the 2027 Palisade, the first in Korea's complete vehicle industry to front a sport-utility vehicle (SUV)-based "high-roof" model. The high-roof model raises the roof by 240 mm to secure a roomier interior. The vehicle's overall height is 2,005 mm, allowing entry into underground parking lots.
The high-roof model features a high-roof-exclusive exterior design, including black DLO molding (window trim), and comes standard with preview electronically controlled suspension, 21-inch alloy wheels, and Pirelli tires. Inside, premium family-focused features come standard, including a high-roof ambient mood lamp and "starry sky," which creates an effect of stars shining in the night sky.
A special trim with a premium design, "Black Ink," was also added to the 2027 Palisade. With exclusive interior and exterior design, black points are applied throughout the vehicle. It also comes with 21-inch black alloy wheels and Pirelli tires, plus preview electronically controlled suspension.
In addition, the "XRT" trim aimed at the outdoors was newly introduced. It comes standard with ▲exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels ▲second-row ventilated seats ▲Bose premium speakers. Rugged design elements aimed at the outdoors are added, and XRT-exclusive parts are applied to create a tougher impression, including ▲radiator grille and garnish ▲cladding ▲roof rack ▲emblem ▲DLO molding ▲outside mirrors.
With a 5.0% special consumption tax applied, the 2027 Palisade's prices for the 9-seat gasoline model are ▲Exclusive 44.78 million won ▲H-Pick 50.40 million won ▲XRT 52.11 million won ▲Calligraphy 56.06 million won ▲Black Ink 57.67 million won ▲High Roof 72.44 million won.
