Hyundai Motor(005380) will launch a large-scale entry-level hiring drive to secure talent to lead future new businesses such as software-defined vehicles (SDV), artificial intelligence (AI), and Robotics.
Hyundai Motor said on the 24th it will conduct large-scale entry-level hiring across all departments for two weeks from Sept. 1 to 14 via its recruiting website.
The recruitment areas are a total of six institutional sectors: ▲ research and development ▲ design ▲ production and manufacturing ▲ business and planning ▲ management support ▲ information technology (IT), with 92 job postings in all.
Hyundai Motor will run a variety of online and offline programs to expand touchpoints with prospective applicants and strengthen communication with future talent. In particular, the offline programs will offer the benefit of waiving the document screening stage.
On Sept. 10, it will host the "Team Hyundai Career Lounge" at a cafe near Gangnam Station in Seoul, where participants can speak directly with current employees. Outstanding participants will receive the "H-Super Pass" benefit, which waives the document screening for this hiring round.
On Sept. 2, it will hold a YouTube live briefing to help applicants understand the hiring process and job roles. Program registration is available from that day on the Hyundai Motor recruiting website, where detailed information can also be found.
