Jeju Air said on the 6th it will launch an open recruitment for entry-level flight attendants in the second half of 2026.
According to Jeju Air, the hiring scale is in the double digits. The recruitment aims to secure personnel in advance for safe operations, and the work locations are Seoul/Incheon and Busan. Applications are open until Aug. 13 at 5 p.m.
There is no academic requirement, but official language test scores such as TOEIC or OPIc must be submitted. Applicants with Japanese or Chinese proficiency can apply through a separate language talent track.
Submitting a physical fitness certificate of grade 3 or higher issued by the National Fitness 100 Certification Center is also mandatory. Jeju Air said basic physical fitness is a key requirement for safe operations.
A Jeju Air official said, "We plan to proactively secure professional personnel responsible for aviation safety and develop them systematically to expand our pool of experienced flight attendants."
