INNOCEAN(214320) recorded an operating profit of 44.6 billion won on a consolidation basis in the second quarter of this year. That was up 22% from a year earlier.
INNOCEAN said in a filing on Aug. 5 that on a consolidation basis, second-quarter gross profit was 265.8 billion won and operating profit was 44.6 billion won. Net profit came to 36.5 billion won, up 53.4% from the same period.
INNOCEAN said it was "the result of a broad-based expansion in customer experience (CX) businesses at home and abroad, including sports marketing, digital services, brand-space operations, and offline experience design."
According to INNOCEAN, in Korea, both the agency effect related to the 2026 North and Central America World Cup and the CX business volume of affiliate and non-affiliate clients increased in tandem.
In the Americas market, World Cup sports marketing was reflected in results. Non-affiliate business also grew as programmatic buying (automated digital ad buying) volume at U.S. subsidiary Canvas increased.
In Europe, the company steadily expanded digital services such as web operations, customer relationship management (CRM), and data analysis.
INNOCEAN plans to continue growth in domestic CX integrated campaigns, global sports marketing, and European digital services in the second half. It also aims to strengthen its medium- to long-term growth foundation by boosting competitiveness in artificial intelligence (AI), data, and intellectual property (IP) businesses.
