T'way Air said on the 30th it has begun hiring entry-level intern mechanics (contract positions).
According to T'way Air, applications will be accepted on the company's official hiring website until 2 p.m. on Aug. 7.
Eligible applicants are those who have already graduated or are set to graduate in Feb. 2027. Prospective graduates must be able to join and work without issue in Oct. 2026.
T'way Air said applicants with qualifications for the B737NG, B737-8, or A330 types, a driver's license, or experience as a noncommissioned aircraft maintenance officer will be given preference.
The process will consist of a document screening and competency test, first interview, second interview, and hiring medical checkup. Candidates for the competency test will be announced on Aug. 10, and subsequent interview schedules will be provided individually with each stage's pass notice.
Final candidates will join in stages in Oct., work as interns for one year, and then be converted to regular positions after a review.
T'way Air, which currently operates five domestic routes and 58 international routes, plans to add the A330-900NEO mid- to large-size aircraft and the B737-8 in the second half to expand its network.
Meanwhile, T'way Air recently changed its corporate name to Trinity Airways at a shareholders meeting. Operations under the new name will begin after approvals from domestic and overseas authorities are completed.
