German commercial vehicle brand MAN Truck & Bus Group said on the 30th it will participate in the "IAA Commercial Vehicles Motor Show 2026," to be held in Hanover, Germany, on Sept. 15.
MAN Truck & Bus plans to unveil a high-efficiency portfolio of trucks and vans spanning from 3.5t to 250t. In particular, for electric trucks, it will showcase, for the first time at IAA, the full lineup of 12t- to 50t-class electric trucks in one place.
MAN Truck & Bus's electric truck lineup covers most commercial vehicle businesses, from urban delivery and public/special-purpose transport to construction sites and long-haul transport. The MAN eTGX, a tractor that typically hauls long-distance, high-capacity loads with a large trailer attached, can travel up to 570 km without intermediate charging.
It will also unveil an internal combustion engine truck equipped with the new D30 PowerLion powertrain. This powertrain can cut fuel consumption by up to 5% compared with the previous generation.
It will also exhibit integrated electrification solutions that cover charging infrastructure and energy supply, including MAN EfficientCruise, which lowers fuel and energy consumption by up to 9% through a GPS-based predictive driving system, as well as advanced safety and driving assistance systems.
At its IAA booth, MAN Truck & Bus will run a test-drive program that departs directly from the stand. Through this, visitors can experience the performance and driving technologies of key exhibits firsthand without moving off site.
