42dot, the Hyundai Motor Group software-defined vehicle (SDV) technology affiliate, said on the 23rd that it will conduct a "focused hiring" drive to recruit more than 70 experienced professionals across seven sectors to strengthen competitiveness in mobility artificial intelligence (AI).
The focused hiring targets not only software development roles such as Autonomous Driving, AI, in-vehicle operating systems (OS), and application (app) marketplaces, but also non-development roles including service planning and business development. The total number of positions to be hired is about 30.
A "fast hiring process" applies to this recruitment. Within seven business days after document submission, applicants are notified whether they will proceed to interviews, and results come within 28 days in total, including first- and second-round interviews. Final hires will join as early as early Oct.
Including this intake, 42dot plans to hire about 200 people by the end of the year. It also plans to continue securing top talent in core mobility AI fields through the "focused hiring" system.
