Parata Airlines said on the 14th that it has newly launched service on the Incheon–Hanoi route. Parata Airlines plans to strengthen its portfolio beyond tourism-focused routes by serving the Hanoi route, where demand from corporations for business trips is high.
Parata Airlines will operate the Incheon–Hanoi route seven times a week. The outbound flight departs Incheon International Airport at 7:55 p.m., and the return flight departs Noi Bai International Airport at 12:20 a.m. (local time).
Parata Airlines will operate a Business Smart Class on the route, aiming to offer customers a wider range of choices unlike existing low-cost carriers (LCCs).
The airline also plans to use the Hanoi route to expand its transfer network in the future. Centered on Incheon, Parata Airlines is pushing to increase the share of transfer passengers by capturing transfer demand that consolidates Japan and Southeast Asia and by entering long-haul routes.
Ahead of the official launch, Parata Airlines built a market base by establishing various cooperative ties with local institutions and corporations in Vietnam. On Apr. (KOCHAM) Hanoi and set up a cooperation framework to expand demand for corporate business trips and provide airline services to member companies.
The day before (on the 13th), Parata Airlines held a ceremony to mark the launch of the new route, attended by Chief Executive Officer Yun Cheol-min and employees. The first Hanoi flight by Parata Airlines recorded a 100% load factor.
Yun said, "Hanoi is Vietnam's political and economic hub, and it is an important market with abundant demand not only for tourism but also for corporate business trips and business," adding, "With this launch, we will offer customers a wider range of choices and build a foundation for expanding our transfer network and entering long-haul routes."
