FLO Auto Korea (FLAK) said on the 8th it has launched Lincoln's flagship sport utility vehicle (SUV), the "All-New Lincoln Navigator." It is a full redesign unveiled five years after the fourth generation was introduced in Korea in 2021.
The front of the All-New Lincoln Navigator reveals grandeur with a large Lincoln signature grille that stands vertical to the ground and a light bar that runs across it. The taillamps feature a Lincoln 3D badge, and the "Lincoln Star" pattern embroidered on the rear panel emphasizes luxury.
For the first time for the brand, the "Lincoln Split Gate" is installed. It is a split design in which the upper section, which occupies three-quarters of the trunk lid, and the remaining lower section open independently. This secures a wide sense of openness and loading convenience in various situations. In particular, the lower gate can withstand up to 227 kg of load, allowing it to be used as a bench-like rest space.
Inside, a 48-inch panoramic display and an 11.1-inch touchscreen are positioned to wrap around the driver. A higher-mounted display than before and a flat-top-and-bottom steering wheel help the driver keep eyes on the road while easily checking relevant information. Premium leather seats, natural wood trim, and crystal are applied.
In the first row, Perfect Position Seats offer 30-way power adjustment for the driver, 28-way for the front passenger, along with ventilation, heating, and massage functions. The second row, with independent seats, supports power adjustment, ventilation, heating, and massage, and ingress and egress convenience is also enhanced. In the third row, power reclining, heating, and backrest functions are available.
A high-end Revel Ultima 3D audio system equips the vehicle with 28 speakers. A panoramic Vista Roof emphasizes openness, and sound-insulating glass and privacy glass are also included.
The All-New Navigator delivers a maximum output of 446 horsepower and peak torque of 70.5 kg·m from a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine. Immediate response from the 10-speed automatic transmission provides smooth driving. It also offers all-wheel drive, adaptive suspension with continuous variable damping control, and five driving modes suited to conditions.
The All-New Navigator was released in Korea in a single Black Label trim. The price, including value-added taxes and a 5% special consumption tax, is 1.615 billion won.
