INNOCEAN said on the 6th that it appointed global marketing expert Lee Il-seop, former Apple Korea director, as the new CEO of its digital marketing subsidiary "D-PLAN360."
New CEO Lee is an expert who has led marketing and advertising businesses at major domestic and overseas corporations for more than 25 years, with broad experience and expertise across digital marketing, including brand strategy, performance marketing and ad tech.
At Apple Korea, Lee led the Search Ads business, driving the launch and growth of the advertising business in the Korean market, and at GM Korea, served as chief marketing officer (CMO), successfully leading large-scale brand campaigns and digital transformation. Lee has also worked at Wider Planet, eMnet and Yahoo Overture, gaining comprehensive experience in advertising platform operations, performance marketing and sales organization management, and has been recognized for a strong understanding of and execution in the digital advertising market.
INNOCEAN expects to further strengthen D-PLAN360's business competitiveness based on Lee's extensive industry experience and data-driven marketing capabilities, and to accelerate the identification of new growth opportunities centered on media, data and AI.
Lee Il-seop said, "I will develop D-PLAN360 into an organization that simultaneously creates customer value and business performance based on its media and data capabilities," and added, "We will expand business synergies linked to INNOCEAN's global network and focus on identifying new AI-based growth opportunities."
D-PLAN360 is a digital marketing specialized corporations acquired by INNOCEAN in 2023 to strengthen media marketing services.
