T'way Air will expand operations on China routes in line with the recovery in Korea-China air travel demand and the start of the summer break.
T'way Air said it will operate the Incheon–Qingdao and Incheon–Jinan routes daily starting on the 1st. It comes a week after it resumed the Incheon–Shenyang route on June 24. Starting Sept. 2, it also plans to resume the Daegu–Zhangjiajie route four times a week (Mon., Wed., Fri., Sun.).
It also decided to schedule charter flights to meet peak summer demand. ▲ Incheon–Linyi ▲ Incheon–Yuncheng ▲ Incheon–Hailar ▲ Daegu–Hohhot ▲ Yangyang–Yanji.
With this new scheduling, T'way Air's Greater China routes have expanded significantly. T'way Air also operates regular Greater China routes including ▲ Incheon–Wuhan ▲ Cheongju–Yanji ▲ Daegu–Yanji.
A T'way Air official said, "With the summer break and vacation season, travel demand between Korea and China is expected to increase," and added, "We will flexibly operate regular and charter flights according to market demand to broaden customer choice, and we plan to continue strengthening competitiveness on Korea-China routes."
