Kia said on the 1st that it began taking orders for the facelifted models of the authentic pickup Tasman, "The 2027 Tasman" and "The Kia Tasman Open Bed."
Kia newly added the "Best Selection" trim to the 2027 Tasman, making a range of customer-preferred features standard. Based on the existing "Adventure" trim, it adds convenience features such as a surround view monitor, remote smart parking assist, Digital Key 2, and 100W USB Type-C ports. It also comes with an electronic 4WD system, a differential lock, and Terrain modes (Auto, Snow, Mud, Sand).
For the Best Selection trim, as an optional feature only with Clear White or Tan Beige exterior colors, the wheel-arch cladding color can be matched to the body color.
Prices for the 2027 Tasman are ▲ Dynamic 35 million won ▲ Adventure 41.2 million won ▲ Best Selection 43.5 million won ▲ Extreme 45.05 million won ▲ X-Pro 52.55 million won. The entry trim "Dynamic" is 2.5 million won cheaper than before thanks to optimized specifications.
The newly unveiled Tasman Open Bed that day features a cargo box with three sides that can open and close and a maximum payload of 1 ton. With a 2.5 turbo gasoline engine, it has off-road capability, and it also adds navigation-based smart cruise control, a panoramic wide display, and heated and ventilated seats.
The Tasman Open Bed is offered in a single trim and is priced at 33.99 million won.
