Kyungdong Navien said on the 23rd it released the "Navien House" application (app), which bundles the entire process from product exploration to purchase, subscription, and after-sales service (AS) in one place.
Kyungdong Navien included key features of the online platform "Navien," revamped in February, in this app. Through the app, users can access major services from product searches to consultation requests and purchases. It also added app-only promotions and personalized notifications.
In the app, users can check information on Kyungdong Navien products such as boilers, ventilation purifiers, kitchen appliances, and sleep mats. If users register the products they use, they can see product-specific information at a glance, as well as maintenance tips and guidance related to upkeep and repairs.
To mark the app's launch, Kyungdong Navien is offering a 5% discount coupon on all products to customers who download it. It will also give away Sleep Mat Four Seasons Pro (3 winners) and Mega Coffee e-gift cards (150 winners) through a drawing.
