Doosan Robotics said on the 22nd it will take part in Automate 2026, North America's largest automation technology and Robotics exhibition. Automate 2026 is an event where more than 1,000 corporations from around the world participate to showcase cutting-edge smart manufacturing solutions in Robotics, industrial artificial intelligence (AI), machine vision and more.
Doosan Robotics said it will unveil for the first time the AI palletizing solution PalletizHD+ (팔레타이즈HD+) at Automate 2026, held in Chicago from the 22nd to the 25th (local time). Palletizing refers to stacking boxes on a pallet, a base used for transport, at manufacturing and logistics sites.
PalletizHD+ is a solution that integrates hardware, software and user applications into one, based on PalletizOS, a palletizing-dedicated operating system developed by Doosan Robotics. It features high-speed processing that handles up to 11 boxes per minute.
Doosan Robotics will also exhibit Scan&Go 2.0, which applies physics-informed AI and advanced 3D vision to a robotic arm so it can perform diverse tasks on its own; an end-of-line (EOL) solution that covers the final stages of production such as box assembly and packaging; and a robot education kit.
Kim Min-pyo, CEO of Doosan Robotics, said, "This exhibition shows that Doosan Robotics is expanding its business scope to intelligent automation across processes—from palletizing to sanding and welding to EOL automation."
To target the North American robot solutions market, Doosan Robotics merged its existing U.S. subsidiary with OneXia at the end of last year and launched a new U.S. subsidiary.
