Otis Elevator Korea said on the 15th that it was selected as the elevator supplier for the "Seoul One IPARK" project being carried out by IPARK Hyundai Development Company (formerly HDC Hyundai Development Company).
The Seoul One IPARK project is a large-scale mixed-use development to create an intelligent urban residential environment in Seoul. On a site of more than 77,000 square meters, it will include residential facilities of eight buildings and more than 3,000 households, along with commercial facilities.
Among them, Otis Korea will supply 42 SkyRise™ elevators for super high-rises and 11 Gen3® digital connected elevators to six residential buildings in Seoul One IPARK.
It will also supply six LinkTM escalators and six Compass® 360 next-generation destination dispatch systems.
