KG Mobility (KGM) said on the 8th that it held a global launch event for the Musso in Chile, inviting overseas dealers and influencers.
The launch event was held in Santiago, the capital of Chile, for two days on the 4th. About 100 people, including dealers from eight countries such as Colombia and Costa Rica and influencers, attended.
This event is the second individual country launch following the event in April in Türkiye, where dealers and reporters from 31 countries were invited.
At the event, product briefings and test drives were held so participants could experience the Musso's driving performance and ride comfort.
In addition, through country-specific conferences, there were discussions on second-half business and key issues, listening to improvement requests to enhance product competitiveness, and consultations on regional marketing strategies.
Chile is one of the markets with high utilization of pickup trucks due to its industrial structure and geographical characteristics.
Also, as pickup trucks are recognized not as mere commercial vehicles but as multipurpose cars that meet both work and daily life, KGM plans to actively target the market.
A KGM official said, "Chile is the largest pickup truck market in Latin America," adding, "We will increase sales volumes through cooperation with local dealers."
