SK intellix said on the 1st that it unveiled two intelligent security services applied to the wellness robot platform NAMUHX.
The new services are designed to use robot autonomous driving technology and vision artificial intelligence (AI) to manage areas that fixed CCTVs cannot monitor.
The newly revealed "Safe Care" is an active security service in which AI independently recognizes intruders and dangerous situations. Users can set operating modes such as focused monitoring of specific zones or full patrol through the "HiNAMU" application (app) and receive real-time alerts when anomalies occur. In an emergency, users can request services from a private security company. It is available by subscription in the HiNAMU app.
Released together, "Live View" is a real-time video streaming service provided free to customers who purchase NAMUHX. Users can remotely control the robot with the app and check the inside of the home in real time. They can check on children, elderly parents, and pets while away, and two-way voice functionality enables communication.
SK intellix will offer the Safe Care Basic and Plus plans free for two months to mark the official launch.
In addition, to coincide with the launch of the new services, it will run the "Era of living with robots" campaign to highlight the value of wellness robots. A total of six pieces of content will be released sequentially through digital platforms and social media (SNS).
