Hyundai WIA said on the 4th that it is recruiting university graduates for entry-level positions in about 40 roles across six areas, including thermal management system research, Robotics development, planning, and sales.
The document submission period runs from the 6th to the morning of the 19th. Eligible applicants are graduates of four-year universities (including master's and doctoral degree holders) and those scheduled to graduate in Aug. next year.
Hyundai WIA is hiring entry-level employees mainly in mobility parts and Robotics. In particular, it plans to hire the most candidates in integrated thermal management.
It will also hire talent in industrial robots, where demand is expected to grow explosively. It is recruiting for global sales roles as well as for mobile robot and collaborative robot development. The work involves developing and promoting in global markets the parking robot, logistics robot, collaborative robot, and unmanned forklift unveiled at CES 2026 in the United States earlier this year.
In addition, it will hire many researchers for future mobility parts, including the integrated drive axle (IDA), high-performance dampers, and drive system control. Hyundai WIA aims to develop world-class parts to target the global finished car market through these efforts.
A Hyundai WIA official said, "We are conducting this recruitment to further strengthen competitiveness in our core business areas, including integrated thermal management systems, mobility parts, and Robotics," and added, "We will work to become a company recognized for its technological capabilities in the global market together with new talent."
