Madison Huang, the eldest daughter of Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and senior director of Omniverse and Robotics product marketing, visited Doosan Robotics to discuss collaboration on physical artificial intelligence (AI).
On the 29th, Senior Director Huang visited the Doosan Robotics Innovation Center in Bundang District, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, and discussed ways to collaborate on physical AI technology with Doosan Robotics CEO Kim Min-pyo.
The two companies plan to build a robot execution platform that can be applied to industrial sites by linking Doosan Robotics' agentic robot operating system under development with Nvidia's AI and Robotics simulation and training infrastructure.
Through this, Doosan Robotics plans to unveil intelligent robot solutions based on the agentic robot operating system next year and to launch an industrial humanoid in 2028. It also plans to present the results of the collaboration between the two companies at major global exhibitions such as CES next year with Nvidia.
CEO Kim Min-pyo said, "The success or failure of physical AI depends not only on the intelligence of the AI model but also on the stability of the execution platform that operates it on-site without error," adding, "We will pursue the commercialization of intelligent robot solutions and industrial humanoids by combining Doosan's hardware manufacturing capabilities with Nvidia's software ecosystem."
Earlier, on the previous day, Senior Director Huang met with Samsung Electronics and SK hynix following LG Electronics and Hyundai Motor to discuss ways to build a physical AI ecosystem.
