Porsche AG unveiled the new "Cayenne Coupé Electric" for the first time worldwide on the 24th (local time) at Auto China 2026 in Beijing, China.
The Cayenne Coupé Electric launched in three models, adding the Cayenne S Coupé Electric and Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric. It features a roofline inspired by the 911's iconic flyline, design differentiated from the SUV model from behind the A-pillar (front windshield support), and a windscreen designed exclusively for the coupé.
Thomas Stopka, head of Porsche exterior design styling, said, "The gently tapering roofline flows over the wide body shoulders to complete the Cayenne Coupé's distinctive dynamic silhouette," and noted, "With an adaptive rear spoiler that harmonizes with the body, a seamlessly integrated rear window, and high-gloss black side window strips, the new Cayenne Coupé Electric is a true sports car with a modern yet unmistakable identity."
The coupé silhouette and gently flowing roofline also reduce drag. The new coupé model's drag coefficient (cd) is 0.23, improved over the SUV model (0.25). Depending on the model, the Cayenne Coupé Electric has a maximum driving range of up to 669 km (WLTP), an increase of 18 km over the SUV model.
The Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric can produce 857 horsepower (PS). With overboost, it can deliver up to 1,156 horsepower. It takes 2.5 seconds to accelerate from a standstill to 100 kph (zero to 100), and the top speed is 260 kph. The Cayenne S Coupé Electric and Cayenne Coupé Electric produce 544 horsepower and 408 horsepower, respectively, with zero-to-100 times of 3.8 seconds and 4.8 seconds.
The Cayenne Coupé Electric provides a maximum charging performance of 390 kW when using a suitable DC fast charger. Under certain conditions, it can reach up to 400 kW. The standard onboard charger supports AC charging up to 11 kW, with an option for up to 22 kW.
Orders for the new Cayenne Coupé Electric are open now, and it is scheduled to launch domestically in the second half of 2026. Domestic prices, including VAT, start at 146.9 million won for the Cayenne Coupé Electric, 167.2 million won for the Cayenne S Coupé Electric, and 191.0 million won for the Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric.
