Hyundai Motor will recruit summer interns for conversion to full-time employment for college and graduate students from the 24th to on the 8th of next month. The recruitment areas are 36 roles across four fields: research and development, production and manufacturing, business and planning, and management support. Anyone scheduled to graduate in Aug. this year or Feb. next year (bachelor's or master's) can apply.
Those selected as interns will undergo a three-week training period starting in July. After the internship assessment, if finally accepted, they will join as full-time employees in the second half of this year (July–Dec.).
Hyundai Motor will introduce a "one-page personal statement" for the first time in this year's internship. Without being bound by a standardized format, applicants can freely write within one page in their own way to present their strengths.
Intern applicants can reduce the burden of preparing documents, and from the company's perspective, it can focus on each applicant's differentiated capabilities and verify relevance to the job.
Hyundai Motor said, "We planned a conversion-to-hire internship to identify outstanding talent early who will lead Mobility Innovation and to offer students broad opportunities for hands-on experience," and added, "As we have greatly simplified the application process, we expect active applications from creative and passionate talent."
