SK intellix's health platform brand SK Magic said on the 20th it released the Two Water purifier (WPU-MAC306S), which lets users choose between mineral water and regular purified water.
The mineral water is designed to keep a consistent concentration through a dedicated cartridge and supply system. The company said it earned the top grade ("Grand Gold") at a water taste evaluation for purifiers hosted by the Korea International Sommelier Association, adding that the concentration and temperature can be adjusted in steps and that it also supports a "body-temperature water" function at a temperature similar to body temperature.
The dispensing volume can be set from 120 ml to 1 L, adjustable in 10 ml increments. The temperature also supports six settings from 40 degrees to about 100 degrees. For hygiene, electrolyzed water care and UV care functions are applied, and a front-replacement "Easy Filter" structure is adopted.
SK Magic offers either a visit-managed service every four months or a self-managed service every 12 months, depending on customer choice. To mark the product launch, customers who sign contracts through Oct. will receive two mineral cartridges and a waived registration fee. Customers with contracts of five years or longer also receive a rental fee discount.
