Global agricultural machinery company TYM Co. said on the 13th that it hosted the 2026 partner meeting "TYM Future Drive Day" in four regions nationwide — Changwon, Daejeon, Siheung and Daegu — from on the 17th to the 26th of last month.
The meeting, held under the slogan "From communication to results, building 2026 together," was organized to strengthen win-win cooperation with partners and share business strategy and key policies.
TYM Co. expanded this event into a companywide joint operation involving the Purchasing Strategy Division, Production Division and Quality (TQM) Division. Chief Product Officer Lee Ju-young, Production Division 1 Head Kim Haeng-sik, Production Division 2 Head Kim Dong-gyun, TQM Division Head Shin Gyeong-hwan, Purchasing Strategy Division Head Kim Young-sik and other key executives and Heads of Team attended to communicate directly with partners.
The meeting discussed division-specific key policies, including ▲ domestic and overseas market trends and business strategy ▲ AI autonomous manufacturing ▲ improving delivery efficiency and advancing process management ▲ partner quality manual (TSQM) ▲ partner grading system (S~D) ▲ cost improvement (VE) ▲ supply chain risk management.
In particular, TYM Co. adopted a region- and material-group–tailored, decentralized format to enable substantive discussions. It also actively collected partner feedback through a prior voice of the customer (VOC) survey and on-site Q&A. A post-event survey showed an overall satisfaction score of 4.0 points (out of 5), and TYM Co., based on this, derived concrete improvement directions — such as price linkage, early sharing of production plans and clarification of quality standards — and shared them with partners.
A TYM Co. official said, "This meeting went beyond a simple policy briefing to serve as a venue to design the future with our partners," adding, "TYM Co. will strengthen its global competitiveness through win-win cooperation with partners."
TYM Co. plans to implement the improvement tasks derived from the meeting in stages. It will also review the introduction of a raw material price indexation system and expand technical support programs. In addition, it will operate regular communication channels to continuously strengthen long-term partnerships with partners.
