CERAGEM Co. said on the 10th that it held the "Healthcare Alliance AI Summit" at the Elliena Hotel in Gangnam District, Seoul, on the 9th and, together with partner companies, declared the official launch of the Healthcare Alliance.
About 120 officials from 70 partner companies, including Ybrain, A-Sleep, Oasis Studio, Intellivix, Cleon, and PersonaAI, attended the event to formalize a cooperation framework.
The event was organized into three sessions—"vision," "voice," and "value"—to share CERAGEM Co.'s artificial intelligence (AI)-based future strategy and directions for collaboration.
In the vision session, Chief Executive Lee Kyung-su of CERAGEM Co. presented a transition strategy from a product-centered business structure to a physical AI-based healthcare platform company, centered on the "AI Wellness Home (Alive Intelligence Wellness Home)" concept. The plan is to integrate data, devices, services, and spaces to build a hyper-personalized, residential healthcare environment that precisely analyzes individual health conditions based on biometric data.
To that end, CERAGEM Co. also presented a roadmap to build a K-wellness ecosystem around the Healthcare Alliance and expand into global markets.
Then Professor Cha Kyung-jin of Hanyang University's School of Business introduced a customer experience strategy based on the AI Wellness Home and emphasized the importance of designing "physical AI" experiences that connect environments and services by reflecting users' health conditions and life contexts.
Chief Executive Yoo Seung-jae of PersonaAI projected that physical AI technology based on On-device AI will spread rapidly around living spaces and presented its applicability in the home.
In the voice session, major partner companies shared technology trends by industry and directions for cooperation. Chief Executive Lee Gi-won of Ybrain said electroceutical technology is expanding from hospital-centered treatment to personal mental healthcare, and introduced a case of extending into the home wellness environment through collaboration with CERAGEM Co..
In the value session, Cho Yong-jun, head of future strategy promotion at CERAGEM Co., said the company plans to expand the commercialization base with alliance-participating corporations through step-by-step cooperation models such as PoC (proof of concept) support and joint marketing.
Chief Executive Lee Kyung-su said, "CERAGEM Co. will strengthen cooperation with partner companies as the platform builder of the Healthcare Alliance," adding, "We will build a K-wellness ecosystem based on mutual growth and realize the AI Wellness Home vision in the global market."
Meanwhile, CERAGEM Co. signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Intellivix at the event and agreed to cooperate on developing next-generation converged healthcare solutions that incorporate AI-based smart space management and security technologies.
