Korean Air Lines said on the 7th that it will expand the coverage of its mobile application (app) menu "airport preview" service from only Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 to all domestic airports served by Korean Air Lines.
The airport preview service provides real-time guidance on key information needed to use airports in the Korean Air Lines app. You can check in advance the number of available parking spaces at your planned airport, congestion by time of day, and travel time to the boarding gate.
Korean Air Lines additionally linked public data from Korea Airports Corporation (KAC), enabling it to provide information on 10 locations including Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju, Daegu, Cheongju, Ulsan, Gwangju, Yeosu, and Sacheon airports.
A Korean Air Lines official said, "By providing detailed domestic airport information in the Korean Air Lines mobile app, we have further improved customer convenience," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our mobile app services in line with the changing digital environment."
