CJ Logistics said on the 7th that it launched "Bonaeone," a person-to-person delivery service brand.
Bonaeone was created by adding the meaning of "sent by individual consumers" to CJ Logistics' delivery brand "O-NE." While the existing O-NE service focused on recipients getting their items, CJ Logistics said Bonaeone refers to both sending and receiving by users.
Users can make pickup reservations and check tracking numbers through the O-NE app. In addition, instead of the existing cash-centered payment method for individual parcels, credit cards and easy payment options have been introduced.
CJ Logistics also began a senior-only parcel registration phone service, taking into account demand from older adults who are not familiar with using smartphone apps.
A CJ Logistics official said, "We made it possible for individual consumers to exchange items conveniently through the Bonaeone service without separate complicated procedures when conducting secondhand transactions," and added, "We will continue to identify differentiated services going forward."
