Hyundai Elevator said on Apr. 3 that it will hold the "2026 compliance (law-abiding culture) slogan contest" to raise employees' awareness of compliance and spread the practice of a compliance culture.
The theme of the contest, which runs until Apr. 8, is "practice of compliance and emphasis on social responsibility." The evaluation criteria are relevance to the theme (understanding), conciseness and clarity, and creativity and empathy.
The results will be announced on Apr. 14 at "Hyundai Elevator Compliance Day." Compliance Day will be held as a workshop where the CEO and compliance officers from each team gather for a compliance pledge and training.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Elevator obtained an integrated certification for the compliance management system (ISO 37301) and the anti-bribery management system (ISO 37001) last year. After becoming the first in Korea's machinery manufacturing industry to obtain ISO 37301 certification in 2021, it has maintained the qualification for five years.
