Kia will launch its largest recruitment drive since 2024 to expand job opportunities for young talent and strengthen competitiveness in new business fields.
Kia said on Apr. 1 that it will conduct focused first-half hiring across 34 fields, including ▲ICT ▲manufacturing solutions ▲purpose-built vehicle (PBV) ▲finance ▲global business. There are 181 job postings in total.
The application periods are ▲new hires from the 1st to the 13th ▲conversion-track interns from the 8th to the 20th ▲experienced hires from the 15th to the 27th. Detailed information, including job postings and eligibility by role, can be found on the "Kia Talent Lounge" website.
Kia is also operating the recruitment promotion program "Kia Heritage Pop-up Store" at 11 university campuses from Mar. 31 to Apr. 9. The Kia Heritage Pop-up Store introduces the spirit of challenge and innovation that has driven Kia's 80-year history and offers job introductions by alumni now on staff and career mentoring.
A Kia official said, "Today's Kia is the result of the imagination and execution built up by countless employees over 80 years," adding, "we hope many bold talents who will lead Kia's next 80 years apply."
