Doosan Robotics said on the 30th that it will move to secure specialized talent to strengthen competitiveness in robots and artificial intelligence (AI). The strategy is to proactively secure key talent in step with the pace of its business structure transition.
This recruitment of entry-level and experienced employees will run for two weeks from today through Apr. 12. Applications will be accepted through the Doosan Group recruitment platform "Career Doosan." The openings cover seven institutional sectors and 23 positions, including robot research and development (R&D), AI and software, strategy, and operations and quality.
The hiring process will begin with a document screening, followed by a practical interview, a job competency test, and a final interview. Final results are expected to be announced in June.
Doosan Robotics is moving away from a hardware-centered business structure and pushing to transform into an intelligent robot solutions company that integrates hardware, software, and AI. To that end, it established an R&D center in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, last year and has expanded related investments, including acquiring ONExia, a robot automation systems company in Pennsylvania.
A Doosan Robotics official said, "Now, as the global robot market is rapidly restructuring, is the optimal time to secure top talent," adding, "We are looking for partners who will build the future robot industry with us, beyond simple hiring, and we hope to see strong interest from candidates with a spirit of challenge and expertise."
