K Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. said on the 19th that it granted 1 billion won to the in-house partner companies' joint employee welfare fund. The fund was created at a total of 1.1 billion won by adding 100 million won in contributions from 44 in-house partner companies to the 1 billion won K Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. granted.
The fund will be used for customized welfare programs for partner company employees, such as children's tuition, holiday gifts, and support for cultural and leisure activities.
Jo Hwaseong, head of the in-house partner companies' joint employee welfare fund at K Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., said, "The joint employee welfare fund is a starting point to support partner company employees' welfare more stably and continuously," and added, "We will do our best to manage the fund soundly so that it provides practical help for the livelihood stability of employees and their families."
